Gregory A. Saum

Gregory A. Saum is Of Counsel to Chioffi Law LLC. He practices in the areas of estate planning and administration of trusts and estates, including the preparation of all tax returns. He prepares estate plans from the basic Will, Power of Attorney, Living Will and Appointment of Health Care Representative documents to the more complex plans involving Revocable Trusts, Insurance Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, Qualified Personal Residence Trusts, Generation Skipping, Sales to Grantor Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Private Foundations, and similar wealth transfer vehicles. He has over forty years of experience in estate and tax planning and trust and estate administration. He graduated from Dartmouth College and received his law degree from Boston University. Greg was a solo practitioner for twelve years and prior to that was a partner at Cummings & Lockwood and Ivey, Barnum & O’Mara. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
